The tool has a good set of features. Unfortunately the manufacturing process needs some work. 2 of the screws hinge screws came loose the first day I used the tool with one unthreading completely causing me to lose it. The finish is pretty crude but that's an aesthetic issue.

Hi, BB. We have those pins available in our shop. The vibration of mechanical transport seems to work them a little loose sometimes in transit. The hex bit included with your tool can be used with the other half to cinch them down a bit when you replace them. They don't seem to move after that. Thanks so much for being a customer. Mike

I was also a field technician in my 20s, and that is part of what informed my design choices. Hope you give it some time to prove itself to you. Thanks for being a customer, Mike
