I could not return the file the extended lock position. I tried to open the metal w to disengage the file from the extended position and that did not work. Then I tried to use the open wood saw to disengage the file from the open position. Now all three are stuck in the fully extended position.

I waited 4 years to recieve my tool. I got it and immediatly put it to use at my job. Great for disassambling different furniture items and the versatilty is very nice. There are a few things that could be improved upon, like the pliers portion locking in place after flipping out the head. The saws and file section clips into place and is almost impossible to get back down without using extreme fo...

Hi, Kyle. The saws should have unlocked with a partial unfolding of another blade. Not sure from your description if that was how you used it. If you still had it, we'd see if you needed a warranty claim. As it is, thanks so much for sharing here. Mike
