I just received this device and so far it seems to work properly. The quality is good. A lanyard strap and rubber protective cover are included. The manual is fair. It covers the basic features of the device but it does not give an indication of what a good reading should be. There are severeal good videos on YouTube on how to use a pulse oximeter. I though the product works just fine compared to readings I have seen at my doctors office. The product looks sturdy. It does help to read some of the reviews first before using it because I didn't have my finger in completely at first and the reading was off. It works best on my husband baby finger so you do need to experiment and see what gives the accurate finger readings. For me the middle...

I have no idea if I will ever need this unit in my lifetime, or if it's going to be a lifeline for me next month. We were just told that there are two items you should have in your house during this pandemic; a thermometer and a pulse oximeter. I ordered four of these units, one for every person in my household.
