It works well, but is really bulky and awkward compared to others I???ve used. Also, they give you a silicone sleeve, but it fits so loosely that I ended up just (wastefully) chucking it. The point I subtracted was for the unnecessary ???free,??? poorly-constructed silicone sleeve.

The cuff is a good fit for the average adult - with enough range to fit a larger adult to petite. There is a good visual on the cuff so you know how to place the cuff on your arm and the instructions are clear on how to position yourself for the most accurate reading. Note to read the side of the box for instructions on hose alignment - there is a difference between testing on the left arm and t...

It seems to jump around a lot. We tested multiple times in a row to see if reading was similar and it varied a lot, so I???m not sure how accurate it is. I will say after doing yoga, my resting heart rate was perfect, so I agree the HR portion is working but unsure about Oxygenation level.

I've used this product for a couple of weeks now. I replaced an old Oxiline BP monitor because it was erratic and showing numerous error messages. The new Oxiline has a much improved cuff and the readings are more consistent. Plus the new units runs exclusively on battery power and doesn't need to be plugged in to 120 v. I have found the app to be a little troublesome to get acquainted with bu...

Great so far. I do wish finger clamp was a little firmer but that???s about all I can say. It works great. Easy to read. Also comes with a neck piece to connect to the device so can hang it around you neck and check any time.

Highly rated by leading consumer magazine for accuracy and reliability. Pre-shaped cuff is much easier to use than the ???floppy??? ones I used decades ago as a nurses' aide. App adds useful features including auto recording of BP readings as well as transferring them directly into the Apple Health app. You can purchase additional equipment to add EKG or heart rate readings. Medication reminder i...

Seems to be pretty accurate and the display is clear and large. I purchased this after suffering from Covid and experiencing prolonged shortness of breath. The only drawback is that you have to keep it on your finger a certain way to get it to read but I learned how to hold my finger and get a consistent reading. Worth the price for sure.

Only gave 4 stars because I have a bit of trouble getting a reading. I have to use my thumb .Don???t know if it???s the item or if my circulation is really, really bad. Don???t have trouble getting readings when home health comes weekly on their reader.

Accuracy, I don't know so I can't rate. Ill probably take it to my doc and compare my next visit. The cuff is a little difficult to adjust on oneself as it constantly moves around your arm when one's adjusting it, otherwise I'm generally pleased so far.
