The device was slow at times but always registered data. Readings were taken twice each time used and reported data that were very close for each reading. It is difficult to check its accuracy but it was close to the recent readings at my doctor's office.

Recieved today. First impression. Looks good. Easy to read display. Directions are very very small print. So grab the magnifier. Seams to work good. If my opinion changes I will update review. I dont give 5 stars for meets expectations. That's why it got 4.

I have had many BP monitors over the years and I like this one the most.Pros:1. Reads on first try. Many other cuffs I have owned would fail with an error code if the cuff was not positioned exactly right and I would have to try multiple times to get a reading. That has yet to happen with this one.2. Cuff is easy to position. Others I have had were too slick and it made them difficult to get in...

A 5 star device with accuracy cross checked to medical grade monitors. But, only gave a 4 because 1st one ordered had non operating pump and I had to return.

First, the reason for the 4 star parts of the rating: I have never owned another BP cuff, so I have no basis for comparison. To say it was a perfect 5 without comparing it to anything seems gratuitous.The Quick Start guide was pretty complete, providing a large, easy to see explanation of all the screen icons. Customer service for this product is terrific. I had several questions come up and they were very helpful. Also, my doctor wanted me to bring it in and check it against the office cuff. Very close readings. I researched this fairly extensively and feel that this is the best blood pressure cuff (arm) and machine at this price point.

There is a good visual on the cuff so you know how to place the cuff on your arm and the instructions are clear on how to position yourself for the most accurate reading. I like the overall design of this machine. However my main issue with it (and there will be a degree of variance with any blood pressure measuring device) is that there is a little more degree of variability than I would generally like to see. You can test your blood pressure again, minutes apart and get a significantly different reading.There have also been a few tests where numbers were way off ...
