First time you use it, the numbers are all over the place being way over a normal heart rate. From the second time on, works like a charm within seconds. Easy to read bright display and only takes a second if that to activate, read the heart rate and give you your numbers. Taking normal pulse and oxygen it is fine. You can see the pulse indicator going up and down and it matches what I feel by holding neck or wrist. Seems to stall out at 135 or so BPM. Due to the pandemic, haven't been seen by my Dr. for 1 1/2 yrs. Worried with all this stress that I didn't know what my blood pressure was. It's not easy to use at first, but after trial & error I figured out some of the more important issues. It gives a true blood pressure level & heart beat count as it matched my past medical records. Nice to have but takes a little work to learn it.

Pulse oximeter / Pulse - unit seems to be quite accurate. I have tested it against a similar device and it works as expected, then tested it against blood pressure cuff and it was the same!!

The pulse oximeter was as described & pictured in the ad. It came very quickly. It is easy to use & wears comfortably. It seems to be accurate but the readings do not actually hold or stop when final reading is reached. It would be easier to read if it held its final reading.
