I don't know if it's me or my heart (perhaps I have undiagnosed problems) or the machine, but the pulse oximeter will initially read a pulse of, say, 75. Perhaps five seconds later, however, it will go up to 94 or even higher. I do not understand this. I am not moving and am following other directions. The oximeter is extremely easy to use. Put in the batteries and then your finger. Readings appear un under 10 seconds. They are a bight red and easy to read (even without my glasses) :) It is nice that the unit automatically turns off about 8 seconds after you remove your finger. I like the unit but unfortunately it didn't last long BUT, i called greater god's after almost one year of ordering this unit as i didn't use it alot and explained it was no longer working and Katy ran through a couple o of tests and replaced my monitor no charge.Extremely happy with the customer service.

Sometimes seems to be a little off from the correct number. Had someone take my blood pressure the classic way and would get a lower more accurate number.

This is a well made, high quality cuff-type Blood Pressure monitor for home use. Especially for the price. The fit and finish is better than ithers I have used. Pros: Small and compact.Cons: None yet; sceptical how it reads the data as it pumps high, suddenly stops pumping and immediately displays a lower number. This may be normal for the unit but not based on my past experiences with other units.

I like the 2 user separate memory feature. Easy to use. My significant other got Err several times & I did once. Very large readable display. Being backlit is very nice for reading in dim light. I will take it with me my next Dr visit to compare to their reading. Otherwise no way to know accuracy. I expect to update my review when I've done that. If it does turn out not to be accurate, ...

Oxiline Pro Series 500DL works well and captures the result quickly. The product is well made for non-medical personnel. I am not so sure about the accuracy though - my spouse is medical personnel and questioned about the oxygen level.
